There was a big sleepy bear, and a little sleepy bear.
从前有一只大瞌睡熊，和一只小瞌睡熊。
The big sleepy bear yawned a great big yawn, and the little sleepy bear yawned a little sleepy yawn.
大瞌睡熊打了一个大大的呵欠，而小瞌睡熊打了一个小小的呵欠。

 
Then the great big bear gave a big stretch, and the little sleepy bear gave a little sleepy stretch.
接着大瞌睡熊伸了一个大大的懒腰，而小瞌睡熊伸了一个小小的懒腰。
 
Then the big sleepy bear got into bed, and the little sleepy bear got into bed.
接着大瞌睡熊爬到了床上，而小瞌睡熊也爬到了床上。
 
Then the big sleepy bear put his head on the pillow, and the little sleepy bear put his head on the pillow.
接着大瞌睡熊把头放到了枕头上，而小瞌睡熊也把头放到了枕头上。

 
Then the big sleepy bear closed his eyes, and the little sleepy bear closed his eyes.
接着大瞌睡熊闭上了眼睛，而小瞌睡熊也跟着闭上了眼睛。
Then the big sleepy bear sang a sleepy song: when I lay me down to sleep four bright angels‘round me keep.
接着大瞌睡熊唱起了催眠曲：当我躺下睡觉时，四个闪着亮光的天使环绕着我。

Two to watch me through the night. And two to wake me come daylight.
两个整夜守着我，两个在天亮时叫醒我。
 
And the little sleepy bear sang a sleepy song: when I lay me down to sleep four bright angels‘round me keep.
而小瞌睡熊也唱起了催眠曲：当我躺下睡觉时，四个闪着亮光的天使环绕着我。
 
Two to watch me through the night. And two to wake me come daylight.
两个整夜守着我，两个在天亮时叫醒我。
 
Softer and softer and softer.
歌声越来越弱。

 
Then the big sleepy bear closed his eyes, and the little sleepy bear closed his eyes.
然后大瞌睡熊闭上了眼睛，而小瞌睡熊也跟着闭上了眼睛。
And the little sleepy bear thought of the darkness and the starlight, and the big round moon and how he’d be sleeping soon.
小瞌睡熊想起了黑暗和星光，大大的月亮，以及他是如何快速睡着的。
 
Then the big sleepy bear whispered, “Sleep tight.” And the little sleepy bear didn’t say a word because he was sound asleep.
接着大瞌睡熊轻声说，“睡个好觉。”而小瞌睡熊什么也没说，因为他已经睡着了。
