你要么知道自己想要什么，但是却得不到，要么得到了，可是却不知道自己想要什么了，人生总是如此对吧

2 Because otherwise you're just gonna get older, and harder, and more alone. And you're gonna do everything you can to fill that hole, with friends, and your carrer, and meaningless sex, but the hole doesn't get filled. One day, you're gonna look around and you're going to realize that everybody loves you, but nobody likes you.And that is the loneliest feeling in the world.
因为不将就的话，你会一点点变老，生活会变得更艰难，你会更孤单，你想方设法要填补内心的空虚，用朋友 用事业 用毫无意义的感情，但是内心的空虚却依然存在，直到有一天，你看着自己的周围，发现大家都爱你，却没人喜欢你，那将是这世上最孤单的感觉

3 You can't keeping doing shitty things, and then feel bad about yourself like that makes it okay.
你不能一直做一些烂事，然后自己后悔，就好像后悔有用一样

4 There are going to be times when you'll see someone in trouble. You're going to want to rush in there and do whatever you can to save them, but you have to stop yourself, because there are some people you can't save, 'cause those people will thrash and struggle and try to take you down with them.
你早晚会遇到某一刻，亲临别人受困，你必须要马上冲过去，用尽方法去搭救他们，但是你要懂得制止自己，因为有些人你注定无法拯救，因为那些人会惊恐万分，不停挣扎，反倒会把你拖下水

5 You know that I don't do the whole love thing. Either you end up hurting someone or they hurt you. So what's the point.
你知道我不搞恋爱那一套，结局不是伤害别人就是被别人伤害，所以为什么要恋爱呢？
